Program Name: SCOTI SMS Alerts
1. Program Description: SCOTI Alerts provides users with automated SMS notifications regarding their fleet operations. By opting into this program, users consent to receive recurring operational alerts and/or one-time shipment tracking messages.
2. Opt-Out Instructions: You reserve the right to cancel the SMS service at any time. To cancel, please reply with the keyword “STOP” to the short code or number from which you received the message. Upon receiving your “STOP” request, we will issue a final SMS message confirming that you have been successfully unsubscribed. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from our system. Should you wish to resume receiving notifications in the future, you may re-enable SMS capabilities by opting in through your user profile settings in the same manner as your initial registration.

4. Carrier Liability: Participating telecommunications carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message Frequency and Rates: As is standard with mobile messaging, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us, and to us from you. Message frequency will vary depending on your specific operational notification settings and the volume of one-time shipment tracking requests initiated. If you have questions regarding your text messaging or data plan limits, please contact your wireless service provider directly.
